SHIPPING POLICY

Konev Leather's shipping policy within New Zealand is a door-to-door courier service that delivers within 2-3 days depending on location. The cost is $15 to anywhere in New Zealand.

For delivery outside New Zealand, we use an international courier service for shipping that delivers within 1 - 3 weeks depending on location. The shipping cost is dependent on the size of the product purchased and Konev will advise you on the freight costs before shipping you your purchase. All items purchased from Konev Leather are made subject to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Konev Leather is committed to providing quality products to our customers and all Konev products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. In the event of any such defect developing within 12 months from the date of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge. This guarantee does not apply when there are signs of misuse. We are proud of our quality control and we inspect every item prior to it going into our store to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality. All repairs or replacements will be handled promptly. However, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
