Product Guarantee and Returns Policy

Konev Leather is committed to providing quality products to our customers and all Konev products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. In the event of any such defect developing within 12 months from the date of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge. This guarantee does not apply when there are signs of misuse. We are proud of our quality control and we inspect every item prior to it going out to you to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality. All repairs or replacements will be handled promptly. However, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.

If you want to change a bag, please return it to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it with another bag of your choice up to the same value less any handling costs.
