Orders and Shipping
We send all orders via NZ Post – shipping times vary due to covid. However, you can expect to receive your items in 3-4 days, please allow extra time for rual delivery.
With every purchase, we’ll send you a tracking number once we’ve given it to the courier.
No, credit card information is secured with 128-bit SSL security and advanced encryption. We cannot see your credit card information.
We offer worldwide shipping.
If all items that are purchased are in stock when ordering, then yes they’ll be shipped together.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you have to return an item, you have 14 days from the day you got the order. The item must be unused, and have the original tags on it. Put the item back in its original packaging so it is not damaged when it is sent back. Do not fold or put the item in a padded envelope when sending it back.
In the unlikely event that this has happened, please email us at contact@leatherbags.co.nz and we will arrange it to be sent back to us and we’ll send you the correct item.
We always aim to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t go to plan and items arrive damaged or broken. If this happens, we want to help you to replace these items as quickly and easily as possible. Yes, but as we ship out our orders the next day. If you wish to cancel an order you must email us within 8 hours after purchase. Else, a shipping charge will be applied to return the item to us.
