Handcrafted in Santa Croce sull’Arno, Tuscany, Marcello is made from full-grain Italian cowhide, vegetable-tanned using traditional methods and carefully hand-buffered by skilled leather artisans. Available in Honey and Brown, each colour brings out a different character in the leather, from warm golden tones to a deeper, more classic finish.
The leather is intentionally natural. Subtle variations in grain and tone are part of its appeal, while regular use gradually creates the rich patina associated with exceptional vegetable-tanned leather. Over time, Marcello becomes less like a new piece of luggage and more like something distinctly your own.
Measuring 51 × 30 × 19 cm, Marcello offers generous room for short trips while maintaining a slimmer, more structured profile than a conventional duffle bag.
One of its most practical details is the three-sided double-zip opening. Rather than packing through a narrow opening at the top, the suitcase opens wide to give you easy access to the main compartment, making clothing and travel essentials simpler to arrange.
Integrated side gussets provide additional flexibility when you need more room while helping the bag retain its clean silhouette when lightly packed.

The Marcello is made entirely in Santa Croce sull’Arno, within Tuscany’s renowned leather-making district.
Its full-grain cowhide is sourced from Tuscan tanneries associated with the Consorzio Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata al Vegetale, where it is vegetable-tanned before being carefully finished by hand.
This traditional process preserves the natural surface of the hide rather than concealing it beneath a uniform coating. Each suitcase therefore carries small variations that make it individual, while use gradually deepens its colour and develops a distinctive patina.
Marcello is 100% Made in Italy and crafted as a piece of luggage intended to improve with age.
